Our INMATE team devotes the time and work necessary for these pets to be rehabilitated and
able to live a happy life with loving families.  Some dogs live with their inmate handler, establishing better home and social skills needed to be prepared for a new family. Here, at Pen Pals we overcome the battle of a pet's past with positive support and care: building a better tomorrow for pets and their inmate team of handlers.
