Pleased to meet your acquaintance! My name is Popeye! Yes like the cartoon! I was born in Mississippi but recently relocated to Louisiana with my sisters. I don't really care for long car rides but I would have missed my sisters if I would have stayed behind. I was a little shy when I first arrived at Pen Pals, but they let me share a room with 1 of my sisters so I am happy about that. I have made lots of new dog friends here but I REALLY want to make human friends! I would miss my sisters but I think they would be fine without me always around.
